Frequently Asked Questions
All exterior modifications, no matter how small, need to be approved by the ACC committee. That includes windows, doors of any kind, roofs, doorbells, fences, decks, etc.
Stain colors approved by the ACC are Olympic Oil Stain Cedar Natural Tone OR TWP Wood and Deck Statin Natural 1530. OR simply a clear coat of sealant. Painting is questionable. Please get approval first! And never go by what your neighbor has done.
