Board Members
Newly elected members to the Board of Directors as determined by a membership vote in June of each year are seated on the Board at the first Board meeting following the Community Election. Three new Board members are chosen each year.
Board Officers are elected by the Board of Directors after the new members are seated.
Open Seats are filled by the Board of Directors for the remainder of the term left on the open seat.
Committee Chairs (with the exception of the Architectural Control Committee) are appointed by the Board President at the Board Meeting in July. Committee members are chosen by the Committee Chair of each committee. The Architectural Control Committee Chair and the Architectural Control Committee members are nominated by the President and are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
Board Members serve for three years and may only serve two consecutive terms. Committee Chairs and Members serve for a one year period.

Vice President - Scot Schwartz
Secretary - Justin McMath
Treasurer - Tom Jewel
