Ambassadors

Ambassadors

The Ambassadors was created in early 2019 with the two-fold goal of reaching out
to our community in various ways to encourage camaraderie among our neighbors.
The first part of the Ambassadors program provided a copy of QFHOA’s
covenants and by-laws along with a small gift and was hand-delivered. This part
was later entrusted to our Site Manager who notified the new homeowners via
email soon after their loan closure date to come to the office for their Welcome
package. Our Site Manager is now working with the Welcoming Committee and
this part will no longer be part of the Ambassadors.

The goal of the second part of this program was to personally visit all 513 residents
providing them with pertinent information they may want or need and inviting
them to participate in our activities. This task was completed in July 2019. Our
team was unable to visit a few residents due to locked gates or unsavory
circumstances but managed to visit over 90% of the homes in our community.
The second part of this program is now ‘retired’ unless and until called on in future
years when it can be resurrected.
